2. Orders & Returns<\/h3>

2.1<\/strong>\u00a0The Company reserves the right to make any changes in the specification of the goods which are required to conform with any applicable safety or other statutory requirements, or where the goods are to be supplied to the Company\u2019s specification which do not materially affect their quality or performance.<\/p>

2.2<\/strong>\u00a0Orders for stock stationery products may be cancelled at any time prior to the despatch of the goods. Orders for other stationery products may only be cancelled with the written agreement of the Company.<\/p>

2.3<\/strong>\u00a0No goods can be accepted for return without prior agreement. No goods will be accepted for return after 14 days from the date of delivery and must be in original packaging and not defaced or damaged in any way. No credit can be issued unless these conditions are met or be actioned around disputes of comparative pricing from online and other business transactions.<\/p>

2.4<\/strong>\u00a0Any non-returnable goods, sold by the Company will only be accepted as a return either at the Company\u2019s absolute discretion or where the goods are found to be defective at the date of delivery.<\/p>

2.5<\/strong>\u00a0For Health & Safety reasons, no consumable food products may be accepted for return.<\/p>

2.6<\/strong>\u00a0The prices shown on this Website at the time of ordering are guide prices. To receive online pricing your orders must be placed via the online checkout system. The prices you will be charged for goods will be the actual prices displayed in the online store at which your goods are selected on the day of ordering, including any promotional offers if applicable.
